As a real estate agent in New York City, I see a lot of apartments, each with its own set of pros and cons. When I consider the value of a particular apartment, I think of location, the state of the home, its character and convenience, and much more. My current pick for best-in-show apartment--one that provides excellent value--is located in Inwood. The apartment is 50 Park Terrace West #2B, represented by Nanette Gran and Julia Gran. The apartment is situated in one of the few Art Deco buildings in the Bronx.
Here's what I like about #2B:
