Recently, Guidara stopped by our East Side office for a special conversation with Brown Harris Stevens CEO Bess Freedman. Guidara also discussed his new book, “Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect," in which he shares lessons he's learned since entering the restaurant industry. The book will be released on October 22.
