Brooklyn
A.I.R. Gallery is a feminist, nonprofit, artist-run cooperative gallery for women and non-binary artists. For fifty years A.I.R. has provided an essential alternative space for creative risk-taking by artists on the margins of the contemporary art world and the art historical canon. In that time, thousands of women and non-binary artists have come together at A.I.R. on the premise that feminist art practice is not about the kind of work an artist makes, but about how they work with others.
Brooklyn Heights
3walls brings the work of local artists, generally unrepresented by traditional galleries, to the community through lively events and private consulting. Founded and owned by three women, the Brooklyn-based pop-up gallery 3walls has been helping clients find the perfect art for their homes for over ten years. Look out for our next pop-up this May!
Dumbo
Platform Project Space in Dumbo is an artist run exhibition space, founded by Elizabeth Hazan in 2018. Since then Platform has hosted twenty five shows of fellow artists work including painting, sculpture, video and performance. It will celebrate its fifth anniversary with a group show this June.
