Visit the New York Botanical Garden for a Holiday Train Show Spectacular

One of New York City's most beloved holiday traditions for over 30 years, the Holiday Train Show at the New York Botanical Garden in The Bronx is back and dazzling visitors far and wide.

"If you have already been, chances are you want to keep going back! If you have not yet, run—don't walk to reserve your tickets. Be sure to bring all your loved ones, because there is truly something special for everyone." — RoseAnn Hermann, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Each year the New York Botanical Gardens' Enid Haupt Conservatory transforms into a winter wonderland, with nearly 200 scale models of NYC landmarks and villages on display as trains of various sizes wind through the models. What's even more impressive about the display, however, is that it is constructed from natural materials, including plants, branches, leaves, and flowers, which are used to create detailed models of places like TWA terminal at Kennedy airport and Poe Cottage in the Bronx.

"The Holiday Train Show is a great option for a day trip with friends or family, or even a first date. When you walk around, you can hear the 'ooh's and aaah's' as people of all ages admire the display. It all adds to the delight." — RoseAnn Hermann

The Holiday Train Show runs through January 16 at the New York Botanical Garden. You can purchase tickets here.
